AI & Digitally Altered Content

Where Lens Media uses artificial intelligence (AI), Photoshop or other digital editing techniques to alter, enhance, generate or otherwise modify photographs, video or other property marketing content, the resulting content may not represent the property exactly as it appears in reality.

This may include, but is not limited to, adding or enhancing features, replacing or altering grass or landscaping, removing or concealing imperfections such as cracks, marks or patches, adding flames to fireplaces, digitally altering rooms or external areas, or creating AI-generated movement, effects or video from still photographs.
This requirement also applies to AI-generated or AI-enhanced video, including videos created from still photographs using AI technology.

Where content has been materially altered using AI or other digital editing techniques, the Client is responsible for clearly informing their seller/vendor and any prospective buyers that the content has been digitally altered or generated. The Client must ensure that appropriate and sufficiently clear disclaimers are used wherever such content is displayed or shared.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that digitally altered or AI-generated content is not presented to buyers, sellers or other parties as an entirely accurate representation of the property where it has been materially altered.

Lens Media will not be responsible for any claim, complaint, loss or liability arising from the Client’s failure to appropriately disclose the use of AI or digitally altered content to sellers/vendors or prospective buyers, or from the subsequent use or distribution of such content by the Client.

By instructing Lens Media to create or use AI-generated or digitally altered content, the Client accepts responsibility for ensuring that the use of such content is communicated clearly and transparently to all relevant parties.
